And off we go.....

Well here I am.  Starting yet another way of communicating with people via the internet.  I now have a myspace, bebo, cafemom, pogo and now google blogging accounts.  Not to mention the endless amounts of phone calls and emails I am involved in.  So lets get started.

Summer.  Its finally here and my kids are already rolling full steam.  "Take me here, take me there" "Can so-in-so come over, can I go over there?" "Can we have a sleep over?".  The laundry, the wet towels, the wet suits.. etc!  Its only been two days!!!

Now don't get me wrong... I like the not being up at 5:30 part, but the rest is going to be nipped in the bud starting today.

Ah today.  Its my oldest child Balins' 17th birthday.  17 years old and a typical teen.  I shouldn't complain as much as I do.  So he's a little lazy, a little mouthy and has a little too much attitude. I suppose it could be worse.  He doesn't run the streets, cause trouble, swear, drink, smoke or any of those other stereotypical teenage things.. but I guess I just want him to stay that sweet little boy who loved curling up on his mommy's lap, a little longer.  Happy Birthday Beef!  I love you!
